iLocal -The Uber of Marketing AND Innovation In The Home Services Industry.

Why not work together? I'll even take the next step. I'll just do it for you - Mr Local Business Owner - let's just grow together...at your pace."

Baltimore, United States - October 13, 2017 /PressCable/ —

“We can’t sit back and continue to let home services companies be stuck with lower and lower profit margins while the cost of doing business becomes more and more expensive”, says co-founder of ilocal.pro Richard Johnson.

After serving in the armed forces, building a law practice, a healthy Real Estate Brokerage I’ve seen enough.

The Home Services Industry is the most complex, and probably the most important, industry that consumers will do business in. I don’t think anyone will dispute that.

For some people like first time home buyer’s, for instance, the choices you make WILL you position your family for years to come with either an easy lifestyle…… or it can set you back for a decade or more sometimes. There’s not a lot of grey area.

Most of the businesses that are vying for this crowd can’t compete with the large national corporations and their systems are outdated so it may or may not appeal to the younger crowd that’s buying CARS through the internet nowadays.”

Rich goes on to say,”I still don’t trust Star-buck’s WIFI 100 percent, let alone a car buyer I’ve never seen or met, in another state. If it wasn’t for my kids opening my eyes to new tech all the time I would still be behind the times myself……..Some of the most important decisions in our lives are overly complicated and it almost always comes down to communication. IT’S NO ONE’s FAULT. It’s just a rigged and highly divided process. Everyone’s all over the place from the real estate agent to the roofing contractor to the loan officer that can get you approved.”

Why not work together? I’ll even take the next step. I’ll just do it for you – Mr Local Business Owner – let’s just grow together…at your pace.

Were tired of reading the online forums and blogs -hearing about how marketing websites have more influence than their OWN LOCAL MLS website. How do you expect a brand new real estate agent out of school to be successful in that environment? When I hear HVAC contractors complain because what used to be an easy business when they first went for their license has become a less than 10 percent profit margin industry. How do you expect them to grow and put money back into the local community when that money now goes to large national corporations.

In today’s economy…..It’s almost like getting a text message vs the good ol’ handshake and look you in the eye. Nothing wrong with a text message. I’d just prefer to talk to you once and get down to businesses so we know were the right fit for each other. The bigger directory sites, review sites, etc make that difficult and expensive for everyone involved.

If your a local business we ask you give us a call. Even if you don’t join the platform were always looking for sponsors for our fundraiser’s and contests…”We just want people who believe in what were doing to get involved. It takes numbers to make a difference.”

We know ilocal.pro is the future. This platform really helps local businesses level the playing field. “History and economics always repeat themselves. The american people want to be catered to when they spend their hard earned money.”

Goldman Sachs' results beat forecasts despite trading drop

Oct 17, 2017

NEW YORK — Goldman Sachs' third-quarter profits fell 3 percent from a year earlier, as the trading desks at Wall Street's biggest investment bank were weighed down by a slow summer that also affected most of its competition. The results still beat analysts' forecasts, however. The Wall Street bank said it earned a profit of $2.04 billion, or $5.02 a share, compared with a profit of $2.10 billion, or $4.88 a share, in the same period a year earlier. The firm's per-share profit rose because there are fewer Goldman shares outstanding compared with the same period a year ago. Analysts...

Airbus notches win over rival Boeing with Bombardier deal

Oct 17, 2017

PARIS — Airbus scored a point in its high-stakes rivalry with Boeing by striking a deal just across the U.S. border. The European plane maker reached an unusual, no-cost deal with Canada's Bombardier that sent Airbus shares up Tuesday, boosts both companies' prospects in Asia and should save thousands of Bombardier jobs from Quebec to Northern Ireland. It could also help Bombardier avoid heavy U.S. duties that had helped push the Canadian company near bankruptcy. The announcement late Monday gives Airbus a majority stake in Bombardier's C-Series passenger jets, and some C-Series planes will now be built at an Airbus...

UK interest rates set to rise as inflation hits 3 percent

Oct 17, 2017

LONDON — Inflation in Britain is set to rise above 3 percent in the next month or two as Brexit-related price increases push through the economy, the Bank of England's governor warned Tuesday, reinforcing expectations interest rates will soon rise for the first time in a decade. Mark Carney's comment came after official data showed consumer prices rose 3 percent in the year to September, from the previous month's 2.9 percent rate. The increase, which took the rate to its highest since March 2012, was largely due to rising prices for food and transport. If it had risen further, Carney...

Wealth management drives Morgan Stanley's profit higher

Oct 17, 2017

NEW YORK — Investment bank Morgan Stanley said Tuesday that its third-quarter profits rose 12 percent, as the firm's wealth management arm was able to earn more money despite a slow summer in the markets. The Wall Street bank said it earned $1.78 billion, or 93 cents a share, compared with $1.6 billion, or 81 cents per share, in the same period a year earlier. The results beat analysts' expectations of 81 cents per share, according to FactSet. Since the financial crisis nearly a decade ago, Morgan Stanley's management has been pushing the firm away from trading, which can ebb...

China tries to reassure foreign companies, promises openness

Oct 17, 2017

BEIJING — A spokesman for China's ruling Communist Party on Tuesday promised Beijing will open its markets further and tried to reassure foreign companies amid mounting U.S. and European trade complaints. Speaking at the start of a key political meeting, Tuo Zhen said the party will "expand our opening" and repeated official promises to protect the "legitimate rights and interests" of foreign investors. No major policy changes are expected out of the ruling party's twice-a-decade congress, which is due to appoint President Xi Jinping to a second five-year term as leader. But companies and investors are watching for indications of...
