iLocal -The Uber of Marketing AND Innovation In The Home Services Industry.

Why not work together? I'll even take the next step. I'll just do it for you - Mr Local Business Owner - let's just grow together...at your pace."

Baltimore, United States - October 13, 2017 /PressCable/ —

“We can’t sit back and continue to let home services companies be stuck with lower and lower profit margins while the cost of doing business becomes more and more expensive”, says co-founder of ilocal.pro Richard Johnson.

After serving in the armed forces, building a law practice, a healthy Real Estate Brokerage I’ve seen enough.

The Home Services Industry is the most complex, and probably the most important, industry that consumers will do business in. I don’t think anyone will dispute that.

For some people like first time home buyer’s, for instance, the choices you make WILL you position your family for years to come with either an easy lifestyle…… or it can set you back for a decade or more sometimes. There’s not a lot of grey area.

Most of the businesses that are vying for this crowd can’t compete with the large national corporations and their systems are outdated so it may or may not appeal to the younger crowd that’s buying CARS through the internet nowadays.”

Rich goes on to say,”I still don’t trust Star-buck’s WIFI 100 percent, let alone a car buyer I’ve never seen or met, in another state. If it wasn’t for my kids opening my eyes to new tech all the time I would still be behind the times myself……..Some of the most important decisions in our lives are overly complicated and it almost always comes down to communication. IT’S NO ONE’s FAULT. It’s just a rigged and highly divided process. Everyone’s all over the place from the real estate agent to the roofing contractor to the loan officer that can get you approved.”

Why not work together? I’ll even take the next step. I’ll just do it for you – Mr Local Business Owner – let’s just grow together…at your pace.

Were tired of reading the online forums and blogs -hearing about how marketing websites have more influence than their OWN LOCAL MLS website. How do you expect a brand new real estate agent out of school to be successful in that environment? When I hear HVAC contractors complain because what used to be an easy business when they first went for their license has become a less than 10 percent profit margin industry. How do you expect them to grow and put money back into the local community when that money now goes to large national corporations.

In today’s economy…..It’s almost like getting a text message vs the good ol’ handshake and look you in the eye. Nothing wrong with a text message. I’d just prefer to talk to you once and get down to businesses so we know were the right fit for each other. The bigger directory sites, review sites, etc make that difficult and expensive for everyone involved.

If your a local business we ask you give us a call. Even if you don’t join the platform were always looking for sponsors for our fundraiser’s and contests…”We just want people who believe in what were doing to get involved. It takes numbers to make a difference.”

We know ilocal.pro is the future. This platform really helps local businesses level the playing field. “History and economics always repeat themselves. The american people want to be catered to when they spend their hard earned money.”

AP FACT CHECK: Trump's shifting rationale for firing Comey

Apr 22, 2018

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump offered a shifting rationale this past week for his firing of FBI Director James Comey and joined other Republicans in exaggerating how much simpler it will become for Americans to file their taxes next time. He also erred, though by just a hair, in claiming a historic achievement in black and Hispanic joblessness. A look behind recent statements on these matters and more: TRUMP: "Slippery James Comey, the worst FBI Director in history, was not fired because of the phony Russia investigation where, by the way, there was NO COLLUSION (except by the Dems)!" —...

Arizona is next stop for movement seeking better teacher pay

Apr 22, 2018

PHOENIX — The latest stop in the national movement seeking higher teacher pay and better education funding is Arizona, where tens of thousands of teachers have voted to walk off the job next week. They want the Republican-controlled Legislature and Gov. Doug Ducey to improve on the governor's offer of 20 percent raises by 2020. That plan, the teachers say, fails to address several of their other goals, including a restoration of state funding to 2008 levels and a pledge not to adopt any new tax cuts until per-pupil state funding reaches the national average. Arizona is one of several...

The Latest: Governor vetoes 10 bills, wants teacher pay hike

Apr 22, 2018

PHOENIX — The Latest on Arizona teachers' threat to strike and the governor's reaction (all times local): 1:45 p.m. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has vetoed 10 pieces of legislation to send a message to the Legislature that he wants them to send him a state budget that boosts teacher pay. Friday's vetoes by the Republican governor came the day after tens of thousands of teachers rejected his plan to boost their pay by 20 percent and voted to go on strike next week. Teachers say Ducey ignored their demands that he also raise pay for support staff, boost overall school...

Slumping tech companies weigh on US stocks

Apr 22, 2018

A steep slide in technology companies weighed on U.S. stocks Friday, pulling the market lower for the second day in a row. Losses among retailers, packaged food and beverage makers and other consumer goods companies also helped weigh down the market. Banks rose as bond yields continued to climb, reflecting increasing investor concerns of higher inflation in the wake of rising oil and other commodity prices. "Higher commodity prices, a little bit more inflation pressure and higher interest rates, that sort of takes some wind out of the sails for equity markets, at least short-term," said Edward Campbell, senior portfolio...

Markets Right Now: Slumping tech stocks weigh on US indexes

Apr 22, 2018

NEW YORK — The latest on developments in financial markets (all times local): 4 p.m. A slump in big technology stocks helped pull U.S. indexes lower on Wall Street, extending the market's modest losses from a day earlier. Apple lost 4.1 percent Friday, its third loss in a row. Health care stocks and consumer goods companies also declined. Mattel dropped 3.6 percent after the struggling toy maker said its CEO was leaving. General Electric jumped 3.9 percent after reporting results that were better than analysts were expecting. The S&P 500 index fell 22 points, or 0.9 percent, to 2,670. The...
