iLocal -The Uber of Marketing AND Innovation In The Home Services Industry.

Why not work together? I'll even take the next step. I'll just do it for you - Mr Local Business Owner - let's just grow together...at your pace."

Baltimore, United States - October 13, 2017 /PressCable/ —

“We can’t sit back and continue to let home services companies be stuck with lower and lower profit margins while the cost of doing business becomes more and more expensive”, says co-founder of ilocal.pro Richard Johnson.

After serving in the armed forces, building a law practice, a healthy Real Estate Brokerage I’ve seen enough.

The Home Services Industry is the most complex, and probably the most important, industry that consumers will do business in. I don’t think anyone will dispute that.

For some people like first time home buyer’s, for instance, the choices you make WILL you position your family for years to come with either an easy lifestyle…… or it can set you back for a decade or more sometimes. There’s not a lot of grey area.

Most of the businesses that are vying for this crowd can’t compete with the large national corporations and their systems are outdated so it may or may not appeal to the younger crowd that’s buying CARS through the internet nowadays.”

Rich goes on to say,”I still don’t trust Star-buck’s WIFI 100 percent, let alone a car buyer I’ve never seen or met, in another state. If it wasn’t for my kids opening my eyes to new tech all the time I would still be behind the times myself……..Some of the most important decisions in our lives are overly complicated and it almost always comes down to communication. IT’S NO ONE’s FAULT. It’s just a rigged and highly divided process. Everyone’s all over the place from the real estate agent to the roofing contractor to the loan officer that can get you approved.”

Why not work together? I’ll even take the next step. I’ll just do it for you – Mr Local Business Owner – let’s just grow together…at your pace.

Were tired of reading the online forums and blogs -hearing about how marketing websites have more influence than their OWN LOCAL MLS website. How do you expect a brand new real estate agent out of school to be successful in that environment? When I hear HVAC contractors complain because what used to be an easy business when they first went for their license has become a less than 10 percent profit margin industry. How do you expect them to grow and put money back into the local community when that money now goes to large national corporations.

In today’s economy…..It’s almost like getting a text message vs the good ol’ handshake and look you in the eye. Nothing wrong with a text message. I’d just prefer to talk to you once and get down to businesses so we know were the right fit for each other. The bigger directory sites, review sites, etc make that difficult and expensive for everyone involved.

If your a local business we ask you give us a call. Even if you don’t join the platform were always looking for sponsors for our fundraiser’s and contests…”We just want people who believe in what were doing to get involved. It takes numbers to make a difference.”

We know ilocal.pro is the future. This platform really helps local businesses level the playing field. “History and economics always repeat themselves. The american people want to be catered to when they spend their hard earned money.”

Gov't shutdown deadline nears; Trump says 'not looking good'

Jan 20, 2018

WASHINGTON — The government careened toward shutdown Friday night in a chaotic close to Donald Trump's first year as president, as Democrats and Republicans preemptively traded blame while still struggling to find some accord before a deadline at the stroke of midnight. The lawmakers and Trump's White House mounted last-ditch negotiations to stave off what had come to appear as the inevitable, with the parties in stare-down mode over federal spending and proposals to protect some 700,000 younger immigrants from deportation. After hours of negotiating, the Senate scheduled a late-night vote on a House-passed plan. "Not looking good," Trump tweeted...

The Latest: Budget deal 'Not looking good,' Trump tweets

Jan 20, 2018

WASHINGTON — The Latest on the budget battle in Congress (all times local): 9:30 p.m. President Donald Trump says efforts to avert a government shutdown are "Not looking good." Trump says in a tweet late Friday evening that it's "Not looking good for our great Military or Safety & Security on the very dangerous Southern Border." And he's blaming Democrats, saying they want a federal government shutdown "in order to help diminish the great success of the Tax Cuts, and what they are doing for our booming economy." Lawmakers are trying to hash out a deal to keep the federal...

The Latest: Cell carriers may omit phones from alert system

Jan 20, 2018

HONOLULU — The Latest on the mistaken missile alert in Hawaii (all times local): 1:15 p.m. Not all cellphones in Hawaii received last weekend's false alarm missile alert. A Federal Communications Commission official told lawmakers at the Hawaii State Legislature on Friday that may have happened in part because cellphone carriers may choose not to participate in the nation's Wireless Emergency Alert system. FCC attorney and adviser James Wiley says some carriers may also offer the service only to some geographic areas and only to some mobile devices. He says some cellphones may not be capable of receiving the alerts...

Bad timing: Shutdown threat shadows Trump 1-year festivities

Jan 20, 2018

WASHINGTON — Talk about lousy timing. President Donald Trump had hoped to spend the weekend celebrating the one-year anniversary of his inauguration. Now, he's facing a potential government shutdown. Trump scrapped plans to depart Friday for his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida, where he was to attend a high-dollar fundraiser Saturday night. Instead, he spent the afternoon in the Oval Office, trying to stave off the shutdown. By late afternoon, it remained unclear whether a deal would be reached, and by Friday evening, Budget Director Mick Mulvaney told reporters he didn't expect Trump to make the trip Saturday. "No, I don't,"...

Analysis: Emboldened Democrats take page from the hard right

Jan 20, 2018

WASHINGTON — Congressional Democrats are taking a page from the playbook of President Donald Trump and hard-line conservatives: Fight for your base and don't blink. In forcing a showdown over immigration — and risking a government shutdown — Democrats have embraced a confrontational, rule-breaking strategy they once blasted as irresponsible when practiced by the other party. But the Trump-era appears to come with new rules for both sides. Rather than playing it safe in an election year, Democrats are calculating the bigger risk would be missing the moment to challenge a deeply unpopular president and deflating the energy that could...
