Las Vegas NV - August 29, 2016 /MarketersMedia/ —

Apache Foot & Ankle and Dr. Lee Wittenberg, Podiatrist in Las Vegas are pleased to announce that they offer an extensive range of services to area residents. The benefits to the local residents are extensive thanks to the many different procedures and skills that are available in the foot and ankle center. Both surgical and wound care procedures can be implemented by highly trained and experienced professionals. A warm and welcoming environment is provided for new patients, as well as those needing long term services.

Dr. Lee Wittenberg graduated from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2000, followed by a three-year surgical residency at the Miami Veteran's Hospital under the direction of Dr. Michael Cohen. This lengthy residency is the longest and most thorough type available in the field. Only about fifteen percent of podiatric residencies are this long. The period of residency included training in Primary Podiatric Medicine, Forefoot Surgery, Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery, Diabetic Wound Care and Limb Salvage, Sports Medicine and Biomechanics.

Dr. Wittenberg has been associated with Chatham Foot Specialists in Chicago and Fallon Clinic in Worcester, Massachusetts. These two practices provided Dr. Wittenberg with a wide array of procedure exposure. This experience has been carried into the focus at Apache. The attention to sports-related injuries and wound care improves the outlook for patients with many types of injuries.

New patients who arrive at the practice are made to feel welcome, thanks to the comfortable environment and warm office staff. The team takes great pride in attending to patient care. Appointments are never over-booked, so that adequate time can be devoted to each patient. The practice accepts most insurance covers.
