The new curriculum aims to provide children with early financial market education. Reading and understanding financial markets can be difficult for most people especially if they are not versed in finance. Hoping to make knowledge of financial markets more accessible and easier to grasp, LiteStreet Academy launched the first ever financial market curriculum for kids.

The curriculum is designed to empower young children as early as 4-years old to learn basic wealth generating skills. It teaches kids special technical and analytical skills that are geared towards gaining insight and appreciation for reading financial markets. Also a self-paced program, students will have the freedom to move through the syllabus at the pace that is comfortable with them.

While the courses are designed for children, LiteStreet Academy also recognizes that many parents are also interested in learning how to read financial markets. The academy encourages parents to learn alongside their children and make learning together fun and engaging.

All topics are presented in fun and creative ways using superhero imagery and humor in all worksheets and videos. Students will also receive study index cards, a matching game and a mastering markets card game that the whole family can play and learn. Each lesson is rebranded as “missions” to keep learning exciting. Moreso, each child is sent personalized superhero capes that they are to wear while learning to keep them empowered.

The curriculum is divided into a 6-year program—Year 1 – Mastering Candlesticks; Year 2 – Mastering Patterns; Year 3 – Mastering Trends; Year 4 – Mastering Structure; Year 5 – Trading Tools and Year 6 – Demo Trading.
