BEE Incorporations Shanghai Office achieves WELL Performance Rating seal

Shanghai, China Apr 27, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - (Shanghai, April 20, 2023) - BEE Incorporations announced today that it has been awarded WELL Performance Rating Certification its BEE Incorporations Shanghai Office by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Performance Rating is a subset of features from the WELL Building Standard that are related to building performance and monitoring and occupant experience insights. WELL is the premier building standard to focus on enhancing people's health and well-being through the buildings where we live, work and play.

BEE Incorporations Shanghai Office is one of thefirstWELL Performance Ratingprojects in Asia. The Rating is a roadmap for leveraging building performance and occupant experience data to shift business decisions and organizational culture. This rating illustrates BEE's success in ensuring a healthy, productive, and safe environment for its employees and clients.

Created through seven years of rigorous research and development working with leading physicians, scientists, and industry professionals, the WELL Building Standard is a performance-based certification system that marries best practices in design and construction with evidence-based scientific research.

The certification focuses on seven categories: air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind. To achieve the WELL Certification Rating, BEE Incorporations underwent a rigorous evaluation process, which included documentation review, on-site performance testing, and post-occupancy evaluation.

BEE Incorporations has been intimately involved with WELL since its inception in 2014. We certified the first WELL project in Asia in 2015 and have since been involved in hundreds of WELL projects around the world. We are Keystone Members of IWBI and part of the first group of companies to become WELL Enterprise Providers. In 2018 we also became one of the first GBCI-approved Performance Testing Organizations that enabled us to provide on-site testing services for the purpose of WELL Certification.
