Bloomex Hosts Fundraising Event for Heart Foundation

Bloomex Australia is one of Australia’s largest flower shops. More than 620,000 heart patients in Australia. Bloomex has decided to donate 15% of the exclusive merchandise sales to the Heart Foundation to provide further support.
Sydney, Australia (Merxwire) – Bloomex is a supporter of the Heart Foundation. Recently Bloomex announced a new fundraising campaign Gifts from the Heart program to help more than 620,000 heart patients in Australia.
Bloomex offers an exclusive collection starting in October, including three bouquets of flowers and a gift basket. In November, Bloomex gifts from the Heart Collection will feature special Christmas products. Bloomex will donate 15% of the sales of these special gifts to the Heart Foundation to provide further support.
In addition, Bloomex will provide a two dollar donation at checkout option, for any purchase made at Bloomex.com.au during the months of November and December 2019. All funds raised will be donated to the Heart Foundation.
The Heart Foundation is the largest non-government funder of cardiovascular research in Australia. The Foundation has worked hard for more than 60 years to ensure that all money entrusted to them is used as efficiently and effectively as possible. All donations help to fund world-leading research, develop care guidelines for health professionals, support high quality care for people living with heart disease, help Australians to live healthier lifestyles, and advocate to government and industry across initiatives to improve heart health.
More than 620,000 Australians are living with heart disease and each year approximately 54,000 Australians suffer a heart attack. Since 1959, the Heart Foundation has invested the equivalent of $557 million towards research into the cause, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of heart disease.
