Later, when he decided to retire and sell his practice, he was sought after to contribute his expertise at the Brownsville Community Health Center, primarily serving indigent populations. Currently, he dedicates half of his time to this role and derives immense satisfaction from his work in this setting.
A 1989 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Medicine, Dr. Nordyke possesses medical licenses permitting practice in the states of Texas, Hawaii, Iowa, and North Carolina.
Among his professional affiliations, he is an active member of the Texas Medical Association and the American Medical Association.
