This requires him to adopt a unique diet and consequently, eliminates popular kids food from his daily meals. Caleb’s Cooking Company is a meal delivery service tailored to children with Auto Immune diseases. The meals, which include staple “children’s food” like pizza, chicken nuggets and enchiladas, are made to fit specific food restrictions and help lift spirits. Each meal is made with healthy and organic ingredients and is grain, gluten, sugar, dairy and preservative-free.

Caleb’s Cooking Company’s products are available to back now on Kickstarter. Caleb and company have partnered with Funded Today to help increase pledges for the remaining weeks of the campaign. Once the campaign ends, the items are set to ship to all backers by August 2017. The starting price for one standard 12-product case is $105.
