China-based, SHI Group, a recruitment agency, has upgraded their existing website to incorporate a new look, offer more detailed information and to provide a comprehensive overview of the company’s services. Now fully-operational and ready to use, the new hub is easy to navigate and interactive.
More information is available at https://shigroupchina.com/en.
Recently launched, the redesigned SHI Group website now lists all the services that the firm provides such as Accuhire China Recruiting, China executive search, China recruitment agency and China headhunter and dispatch employee offerings. These services enable businesses to screen a potential candidate and to review their background.
Accuhire uses a systematic approach to review a candidate’s history, while SHI executive recruitment considers a business’s unique needs, the role described and the desired attributes required to get the job done. SHI Group then uses their extensive network and a firm’s key contacts to source candidates, this include headhunting those who may not be actively seeking employment. The SHI Group then interview candidates with high potential and matches them to a firm’s core competencies to find the right fit.
Other site additions include more information about the SHI Group as an agency and more about the leadership team. While there are primarily five executive recruiters finding the right executive for businesses, many other team members work behind the scenes to make the SHI Group a success.
Founded in 2009, the SHI Group’s goal is to find the best candidate for the position a client wishes to fill. Using a 10-step process to verify the credentials and leadership potential of candidates, SHI Group has a very high success rate.
When asked about the hub upgrade, a spokesperson for the SHI Group said, “We wanted the site to be easier to use for existing and potential clients. Plus, we wanted them to be able to see how we could help them. Overall, our goal is to help our client’s business grow with strategic placements that enable them to gain leaders that drive their business success.”
