The National Buyers Agents Association (NBAA) has launched the new video tool to help prospective home buyers to compare house prices in any state or city in the US.

The new tool provides US housing market comparisons in short, 1-minute videos, highlighting the most recent quarterly trends in pricing and mortgage rates. This allows prospective buyers to easily compare home prices and values between cities and states, identifying current market values for specific locations.

Kathleen Chiras, the president and founder of SkyFor, seeks to empower real estate consumers through market education – allowing buyers to better partner with their agent and ultimately purchase property at a fair price.

In addition to educating consumers, the NBAA has been helping buyers select top-rated, highly experienced real estate agents for the past 23 years. With 5-star reviews on both Google and the Better Business Bureau, the woman-owned company has assisted over 80,000 consumers across the US in their selection of buyer’s agents who are members of the National Buyers Agents Association.

Providing third-party oversight, the association presents consumers with at least two top agents who have been thoroughly vetted based on their experience, reputation, reviews, and consumer feedback.

The National Buyers Agents Association emphasizes the importance of partnering with an informed buyer agent, stating that a reputable agent should prepare a thorough, up-to-date Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for consumers. They add that a good CMA will look at homes recently sold, pending sales, and active listings to get a pulse on the market for a particular town and neighborhood.

“In today’s seller’s market, having an expert real estate property finder and negotiator by your side is critical,” says Chiras. She continues, “It’s so important that the consumer’s interests are taken care of. It helps to have third-party oversight, like what our company does. We follow up and check with the agents and buyers to see how things are going and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.”
