Lars Remodeling & Design appoints Debbie Waggaman as new Vice President, marking an important milestone as the first time in the company’s history a female has held the position.

Lars Remodeling & Design announced today that Debbie Waggaman has been appointed new Vice President of the company. An experienced business leader, Debbie Waggaman will succeed Brandon Spann and assume responsibilities in March. Mr. Spann will stay with the company as President.
Rising to the top in what is traditionally a male-dominated industry is a challenge, but one that Mrs. Waggaman was able to overcome through fierce dedication to professional growth and development.
Having worked for many firms in both commercial and residential markets and owning her own boutique architectural firm with a focus on custom luxury homes, Mrs. Waggaman has built a strong reputation in the architecture, planning and construction industry.

Mrs. Waggaman is also a member of the AIA and an Architectural Board Member for the Westwood community in Rancho Bernardo.

Mrs. Waggaman received a degree in Architecture at the University of Arizona in 1999 and returned to San Diego to pursue a career in architecture. She became licensed in the state of California in 2007 and continued to grow her experience in the high-end residential market. She soon became a household name in Southern California.
