Together, Montes de Oca and Narine Weldon have over 40 years of ESG and global compliance experience. Montes de Oca is a former Assistant General Counsel and Global Compliance Officer for a major public cruise line. He is also an adjunct law school professor who teaches compliance. Narine Weldon is a law professor who teaches, researches, and speaks on ESG and a former public company Deputy General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer for a public company.
