Get to know Dentist Dr. Michael S. Grossman, who serves patients in Liverpool, New York.

New York City, Nov 19, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Dr. Grossman is a family dentist with a specific interest in cosmetic and pediatric dentistry, and he really enjoys implant dentistry and orthodontics too--including traditional braces and Six Month Smiles® clear braces. Taking delight in getting to know entire families, he works at Summit Dental Group in Liverpool, New York.

"Our state-of-the-art facility has been designed with your comfort and concerns in mind. Our dentists and highly trained staff combine dental expertise, excellent customer service, and a genuine commitment to our patients' satisfaction to create a highly rewarding dental experience.  Liverpool dentists are easy to find, but our dedication to excellence is what sets us apart" as stated on the dental practice's website.

After graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Dr. Grossman went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2004. Wanting to further his knowledge and skills, he completed training to provide Six Month Smiles® adult braces, as well as a two-year continuum course with the Academy of Straight Wire and Functional Orthodontics.

To date, he has taken over 200 hours of continuing education courses focusing on orthodontics, including the Powerprox and Inman Aligner series. He is now formatting his own hands-on course for dentists, based on his book "Cosmetic Orthodontic Implementation Guide".

Prestigious professional societies and associations of which Dr. Grossman is a member of include the American Dental Association, the Fifth District Dental Society, the Onondaga County Dental Society, and the Syracuse Dental Club.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

On a more personal note, Dr. Grossman's greatest joys are his wife, Meagan, and their children, Andrew, Lilah, Noah, and Owen. They love taking walks as a family with their Beagle, Red. Dr. Grossman's other interests are playing the guitar, skiing, and golfing, which he looks forward to doing with his sons and daughter.
