DiligenceVault, a digital diligence platform that delivers data collection, analysis, and collaborative reporting solutions for asset owners and asset managers, today announced a client partnership with Dutch financial services provider MN, which manages approximately €175 billion in institutional assets.
MN is the third-largest pension investor in the Netherlands and invests in a wide range of assets via both internal and external investment managers and funds.
In adopting DiligenceVault, MN will now utilize a centralized platform to manage both their investment and operational due diligence engagements, including exclusion list oversight, ESG, and investment reviews across all their investment portfolios: Listed Equity, Fixed Income, Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Estate. DiligenceVault also enables MN's team to integrate their robust manager scoring framework with the rest of their engagements with asset managers. This effort coincides with MN's larger digitization program of developing more internal efficiencies as they move to an infrastructure of cloud-based applications.
"As we continue to grow into Europe, we are thrilled that MN chose DiligenceVault as a due diligence technology provider of choice that has the ability to meet the local requirements of our clients, wherever they are. MN will leverage our digital diligence technology and industry-leading fund manager network to gain significant efficiencies in collecting, analyzing and reporting on external fund managers. Time to data and a modern diligence experience has become a critical differentiator in sophisticated investment oversight programs, and we are delighted to be trusted by a leading voice in the Dutch pension ecosystem to be part of their digital strategy," said Guillaume Rouault, EMEA Director at DiligenceVault.
