The Staffing Industry Analysts 40 Under 40 list has been announced, and Fusion Medical Staffing's chief marketing officer, Tara Sprakel has landed a spot on the prestigious list honoring strong influences in the industry.
"Fusion has been positively impacting my life for nearly 11 years and I am humbled daily to not only be trusted to lead this company, but represent an award-winning culture, world-class employees, best brand in the industry, and live our core values daily," said Sprakel. "I am very grateful to be able to give back to Fusion in any way I am able and look forward to impacting more employees' lives the way Fusion has impacted mine."
Sprakel is also participating in Leadership Omaha, one of the nation's longest-running community leadership programs. The 10-month program focuses on a curriculum designed to fuel leaders in Greater Omaha who will contribute to the community.
Sprakel started Fusion's marketing department in 2011, which is a widely known brand in the competitive medical staffing industry. She has been a champion for female leaders, not only among Fusion but in the Omaha area and the medical staffing industry as a whole.
"Tara is a foundational member of our Fusion Family, joining as the 10th member of a team that has grown to over 650 internal employees. Her contribution to Fusion's unprecedented organic growth cannot be overstated," said Fusion CEO Steve Koesters. "She is a proven innovator in healthcare staffing and is recognized for leading the industry into a period of digital transformation."
