They have launched a website for relaying information to current and future homeowners. The community is located in the Lincoln-Way high school district. Manhattan is the southern terminus station on Metra’s SouthWest Service which provides daily rail service to Union Station in Chicago, Illinois. In the private sector, Manhattan is also the home base for Starcon Inc, a major petrochemical contractor and Boing! Motorsports, an engine and chassis company.
