He then went on to complete his residency in radiology and his fellowship in body imaging at the New York Medical College.
As a testament to his continued education, the doctor is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and breast imaging by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The ABR is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.
In his professional experience, he began his career at Riverview Medical Center as an associate of Red Bank Radiologists in June 1992. He served as the President of Red Bank Radiologists (RBR) from 2003 until 2015, and was Chairman of the Department of Radiology from 2003 until 2014.
Radiology refers to the field of medicine that uses non-invasive imaging scans to diagnose a patient. A radiologist is a physician who uses imaging methodologies to diagnose and manage patients and provide therapeutic options.
