Jul 22, 2022
July 22, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - Paramount Roofing & Consulting, the premier roof repair and maintenance company in Douglasville, Georgia, has received a 5-star review on its Google My Business page. The 5-star review continues the company’s streak of receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from satisfied customers. It currently has a perfect 5.0 out of 5.0 rating from over 125 reviews.
The review from Douglasville homeowner Carleton Baily, which was posted about a month ago, documents the homeowner’s long search for a reliable and trustworthy roofer in Douglasville which came to end when they contacted Otis Floyd from Paramount Roofing & Consulting. It also talks about how Otis helped them assess the damage to their home, got it fixed, and then even worked with them to ensure that the cost of repairs was covered through their homeowner’s insurance. The reviewer profusely thanked Otis and the rest of the team at Paramount Roofing & Consulting for the quality and speed of their service. The reviewer even uploaded pictures of the result of the roof repair along with their review.
The Paramount Roofing & Consulting customer review says, “A severe storm moved through my area several months ago, which led me to believe that just maybe my roof suffered some damage. I really didn't have a relationship with any roofing companies in the area. Therefore, I set out to do a bit of research on what to look for and how to pick a good quality Roofing Company who were certified and met certain standards of the business. Like most people nowadays, I began searching on the net for reviews, etc. Then I decided to go to one of the GAF websites, which in turn led me to even more of what to look for when it comes to quality workmanship and quality materials. This was a national website with a guy who had built a name and reputation for himself; this same guy stated he had a link below to contractors in various states. He also stated that every name in the listing had been vetted and was certified to meet the highest standards, In the roofing business, he went on to say, 'I put my name and reputation on it.' Needless to say, this captivated my attention, so looked through the listing in my area. This is when I discovered Paramount Roofing. I contacted Otis, he was very caring and concerned about my situation. Within a few days, he had his inspector out assessing the damages. Inspector Harold is a true gentleman, so helpful and knowledgeable about the business. Otis made a personal visit out to the house in which he wrote and submitted a report to the insurance company on my behalf. Paramount was with me through the whole process. They're truly everything I had hoped for. I and my wife are loving our new roof.”
Otis Floyd responded to the review by saying, “Thank you, Mr. Bailey. We are grateful that you decided to choose our company after in-depth research on the best roofing contractors in Douglasville. We also appreciate your gracious characterization of our employees and services. We try our best to give every customer the attention that they deserve so that they feel that they have been fully heard. We help them understand all the technical aspects of our roofing services so that they can make the right decision about their home’s health and know exactly what they are paying for. We are glad that we were able to make your roof look as good as new.”
