Roofers in Woodbridge VA Earn Another Five-Star Review

May 23, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Top Dog Home Pro, a roofing contractor based in Woodbridge, VA, is proud to announce they have received another five-star review. Luke Mitchell, the owner of the company, who worked in the exterior remodeling and roofing industry for over 35 years in his father’s business in Northern Virginia, is happy to point out that they are always happy to receive such reviews because it implies they are achieving their goal of providing a positive experience for their customers.

In the recent customer review, Dave gave them a five-star rating and said, “I met Luke from Top Dog Home Pro when he came to our home and he explained everything. He was very professional. He went up on the roof and took pictures. He came down and reviewed the pictures with me. Then he walked me around the home and specifically showed me where there was damage (to very old shingles). Because of the yard angle, I was able to see on parts of my roof what he explained. Then in a day or two, he sent the estimate with pictures. He answered my questions and I was convinced that Top Dog Home Pro was the company for us. [...] When his team had finished the job, Luke sent me ‘finished’ pictures. The before and after pictures were like a night and day difference. […] The house we purchased "as is" took on a whole new appearance. The skylight that was installed really works great. On a clear night with a moon, the skylight takes available light and gently lights up the room enough to where you don't need a night light in the room. It's also great in the daytime, we really like how bright it can get. The warranty is also great. […] I should also add that after the job was done, the clean up was completed and ground was clean and free of nails, etc. Be sure to include Top Dog Home Pro when your shopping for roofing! You'll be glad you did.”

The above-mentioned Top Dog Home Pro customer review is just one of the many reviews they have received on Google, where they have a perfect overall rating of 5.0 out of 5 stars. They are also accredited as a CertainTeed Shingle Master Company, which is significant because a CertainTeed Integrity Roof System ensures top performance even in extreme weather conditions. They also provide the CertainTeed SureStart Plus Warranty to protect your home for many years. That is in addition to the Top Dog Home Pro labor warranty. Furthermore, they ensure that they never use high-pressure tactics.

For any roofing project, they will first inspect the existing roof with the team led by Luke Mitchell himself. They will be looking for signs of roof damage, after which they will inform the homeowner of what needs to be done for the roof. If they find any problem with the current roof, they suggest the best possible solution, whether it is a roof repair or a new roof. They will be guiding the homeowner in choosing the best shingles for the home while considering the warranties.

In the installation of a new roof, they will follow a six-step process. First, they will provide a tear-off of the old roof shingles. Second, they will install waterproof and water-resistant underlayment. Third, they will install the first starter shingles that will be the foundation for the rest of the shingles. Fourth, they will install the new shingles carefully. Fifth, they will install the hip roof and ridge vent caps. Lastly, they will provide roof ventilation.
