Apr 11, 2023
April 11, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Mighty Dog Roofing of Salt Lake Area South, which is located in West Jordan, UT, offers a free 25-point inspection for homeowners in West Jordan and surrounding areas. This inspection is provided for a homeowner who is requesting for an estimate for a roofing project. This process is done with the help of drone technology to provide an objective, unbiased and thorough inspection report that is a favorite of both insurance companies and real estate agents. In addition to roof inspections, Mighty Dog Roofing also provides roof installation, roof repair, attic venting, gutter inspection, gutter repair, and gutter installation.
The Drone Superscan inspection will carefully examine 25 elements of the roof and other external parts of the home. These include the: inspection of skylights; ventilation inspection; inspection of step counter flashing; eaves and rakes inspection; drip edge inspection; inspection of valleys; roof edging inspection; nail head inspection; inspection of step and counter flashing; inspection of gutter aprons; hip and ridge inspection; soffits and fascia inspection; plumbing stack inspection; chimney inspection; inspection of roof sheathing or decking; window inspection; attic inspection; roof ventilation and exhaust system inspection; inspection of siding; downspouts inspection; gutters inspection; inspection of storm damage caused by hail; foundation drainage inspection; inspection of furnace caps and pipes; aircon unit exterior inspection; and inspection of storm damage caused by the wind.
Mighty Dog Roofing also takes pride in their Watchdog Maintenance service, which is provided to make sure any minor issues with the roof that can develop into more serious problems in the future are taken care of as early as possible. This service involves annual inspections of the roof and other elements of the home’s exterior. This will enable them to perform the necessary fix to prevent a minor issue from getting worse and turning into a more serious issue that will be quite expensive to repair. The annual inspection reports will also be compared to detect a trend and make an estimate of how long the roof will last, allowing the homeowner to prepare for the major expense of a roof replacement.
Another key feature of the service provided by Mighty Dog Roofing is the Customer Vault, which is a personal storage they provide for each client. It is a special storage of information relevant to the roof for each client, which allows the contractor and the client to easily access information regarding the roof, such as photos videos, yearly inspection reports, materials and products used, roofing projects done, warranties, and more. All of the information kept in the Customer Vault are appropriate to the condition of the roof and can be referred to by the client or Mighty Dog Roofing whenever a roofing project is being considered.
