When asked if voice controls were possible, Farrell agreed that some voice commands were possible. “A lot can be done by voice if you set it up properly, but that’s still a bit limited. But considering that you can use voice controls on your phone, we’re very close to being able to have a chat with your house. It’s happening, for certain.”
In the 2016 report, Control4 was also named the #1 brand for whole-house Audio/Video, access control, and HVAC/thermostats. Control4 also remained at the top of the list for lighting control, remote controls and communications.
