Jun 5, 2020

June 05, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Tickets for the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway are now on sale, Hilton Head 360, Best Media Company in Bluffton, SC reports.

The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is a long-time tradition. It is one of the largest single-event fundraisers for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, particularly in their fight against pediatric cancer. More than 450 homes have been given away, and the program has raised almost $400 million to save the lives of children with cancer and other deadly diseases at St. Jude.

In an article published at the official website of Hilton Head 360, it was announced that Bluffton-based homebuilder, Village Park Homes, has been selected to build the 2020 St. Jude Dream Home in Savannah, Georgia. The homebuilder has already raised over $1.3 million in the past two years and aims to reach $2 million this year.

Every ticket sold will help St. Jude on its mission in “finding cures and saving children.” “And because of the support of people who care, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live,” the article adds.

The Top Ad Agency in Bluffton, SC, said the dream home giveaway would be raffled on June 24. The St. Jude Dream Home in Savannah will be Village Park Home’s third project for the organization. The stunning 2020 Pinehurst home will rise in The Enclave at Berwick Plantation in Savannah, GA. According to the published article, the one-story home has an estimated value of $420,000.

The home will feature over 3,000 finished square-feet with three spacious bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It will also have a bonus room with a full bath, luxury owner’s suite with a sitting area, living room fireplace, a rear-screened porch with fireplace, formal dining room, office, and a gourmet kitchen.

“This is a perfect opportunity for our team at Village Park Homes to take our knowledge and expertise and lend it to raising money for one of the worthiest of charitable organizations,” says Leslie Ehlers, Director of Marketing of the residential home builder located in Bluffton, SC.

Village Park Homes builds new single-family homes and townhomes ranging in price from the upper $100’s to over $700,000 in communities throughout Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and Beaufort, SC, and in communities throughout the greater Savannah, GA area.
