New York City, New York Nov 14, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Toyin, a seasoned real estate agent, took on the role of Managing Partner of Capital Investment Group in 2008. This diversified investment company focuses on developing infrastructure worldwide. With a strong drive for success and a diverse educational background, Toyin has excelled in various fields, leaving behind a trail of pioneering ventures and significant contributions.

In the early 1980s, Toyin graduated from South Bank Polytechnic in London with a degree in Food Technology. Continuing his educational journey, Toyin earned an MBA in Business Marketing from the same university in 1985.

Since 1985, Toyin has been an entrepreneurial force, consistently pushing boundaries and introducing innovative concepts. One of his notable achievements occurred in the year 2000 when he founded the first internet company to develop a virtual desk, including applications that later became widely used on social networking platforms like Facebook and YouTube. His forward-thinking approach and contributions to the tech industry laid the foundation for the digital landscape we experience today.

In addition to his impact in the digital realm, Toyin boasts over 25 years of experience in investment and financial management. He served as a manager in the auto industry and held the positions of President at First American Financial Group and First Financial Guaranty from 1991 to 1998. Notably, in 2007, Toyin led a technical and management team in creating Difron, an innovative internet device that transmitted video from the internet to the television. This showcased his unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Toyin has delved into the real estate industry as a licensed real estate broker by the California Department of Real Estate. His success has been recognized through nominations and awards, including the Achievement in Technical Ingenuity Award in 2003 and the N.A.A.C.P. Freedom Fund Award in 2005.
