Promotions serve growing market demand for comprehensive privacy talent solutions
NEW YORK - Jan. 20, 2022 - PRLog -- TRU Staffing Partners, a globally recognized award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in data privacy, e-discovery, and cybersecurity, today announced two key executive promotions within its privacy practice group. Jess Barre was named Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management; and Rachael Haher has been named Vice President of Business Development and Account Management. Both executives are highly-regarded privacy industry veterans and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their respective roles.
The expert privacy team at TRU works with corporations, law firms, and consultancies to source, develop, and place critical privacy talent from entry level to leadership – including contract, direct hire, temporary, and project-based team placements.
"The demand for specialized privacy talent is growing exponentially – TRU's roster of privacy talent grew by 178% in the last six months alone," said Jared Coseglia, CEO & Founder of TRU Staffing Partners. "As our privacy practice grows to meet demand, we are excited to have excellent leaders at the forefront to solidify our leadership position in privacy staffing by enabling clients to be more efficient and agile, while empowering privacy professionals to pursue more of the work they love."
Barre joined TRU in 2018, most recently serving as Director of Recruitment and Account Management. As Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management for TRU's privacy practice, she will provide executive oversight over representing talent in the privacy vertical. As an attorney, Barre brings a unique perspective and more than a decade of experience to her role matching privacy talent with client opportunities.
Haher also joined the company in 2018, most recently holding the position of Director of Business Development. As Vice President of Business Development and Account Management, she will take on executive oversight over business development, operations, client onboarding and program management for TRU's privacy staffing practice. Haher is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) leadership community and is the Co-Chair for the Western New York KnowledgeNet Chapter, and brings more than 15 years of experience to her leadership role.
