Velez will report directly to Dylan Howard, Ultra Consultants President. In this new capacity, he will be accountable for various responsibilities including sales support, implementation excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Since joining Ultra Consultants in 2016, Velez has served in several positions, contributing his expertise as a Senior Consultant, Director of Client Services, and Service Delivery Manager.
Velez brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He has over 30 years of experience in systems integration, ERP program management, and supply chain consulting roles at companies including HNI Corporation, a global furniture manufacturer, and Alcoa, a leading metals and mining company.
