Newtown, United States - May 15, 2018 /PressCable/ —

January of 2018 marked 19 years of success for Vince Belardo, who began his journey to entrepreneurship in 1999. “Beginning in 1993 I was hired at the previous shop, at the same location as lead technician and shop manager. Then, five years later I purchased the shop and renamed it Vince’s Auto Service. Now, I am a proud leader of a staff of five, highly honorable team members. I really never imagined how we would grow over the years, but it’s been incredibly rewarding,” Belardo said.

Vince’s Auto Service is a family owned business, which includes Vince’s wife and daughter, who handle marketing and bookkeeping for the busy Newtown auto repair shop. In addition, Belardo has 38 years of automotive experience while employing two full-time technicians and one part-time technician working with two service writers on staff at his top-rated auto repair company. To that end, Vince’s Auto Service requires ongoing training for its auto technicians each year.

Belardo and his team specialize in auto services in order to keep each customer’s car running its best with quick diagnosis and friendly service. They have seasonal oil change specials and budgets to fit customer’s financial needs. A partial list of services we perform include driveability concerns, brake repair and service, warning lights repaired such as check engine, ABS, airbag, and tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) as well as fixing electrical problems efficiently. If you feel a vibration or hear an unsettling noise, they have a formula to pinpoint the cause and discover the solution. Important maintenance services consist of fluid replacements such as engine oil/filter, coolant, transmission, and brake. They also frequently perform PA state inspections, PA emissions inspections and will begin motorcycle and utility trailer inspections this Spring!

“We work hard to ensure a great customer experience, for our new, and our longtime, loyal customers. A few of them live out of state and choose to travel hundreds of miles for us to maintain their vehicle. It’s important that we always do what’s best for our customers and their vehicles to earn their trust,” Belardo said. Vince’s provides a base 12 Month/12,000 Mile Warranty on repairs and for certain repairs, an extended 24 Month/24,000 Mile Warranty is given. Less than 1% of Vince’s customers ever break down; however, for the rare cases of emergency breakdowns, Vince’s Auto Service provides a towing service.

“It may seem like a little thing, but offering an after-hours drop box allows our customers to drop off their vehicle during closed hours. As a convenience, after repairs customers can retrieve their keys and invoice after regular service hours which has been beneficial to customers with busy schedules,” said Vince.

Vince’s Auto Service has dozens of positive reviews online— making it a top-rated and highly-reviewed auto service and repair business in Newtown on sites including Google, Yelp!, Citysearch, and others. Vince’s also maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau consistently for several years.

“I’m proud of the 19 years of auto service and repairs we have provided to our community of Newtown and lower Bucks County. I’m also truly grateful for our customers, and their referrals. Our service advisors look forward to serving our customers, friends, and neighbors while our technicians provide excellent automotive maintenance and quality repairs for a long time to come,” Belardo said.
