Walser & Herman Law Firm are happy to announce the addition of Ken Wheeler to their team of Elder and Probate law professionals. As an of-counsel attorney, Ken Wheeler provides vital legal services related to wealth and asset protection, as well as federal estate tax planning to protect clients' assets and reduce or eliminate potential federal estate taxes. With the upcoming changes to the federal estate tax laws, these legal services are valuable for clients of all kinds.
A 1962 graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland, Ken Wheeler received his JD and LL.M. Tax law degrees from the University of Florida Law School following his service. Wheeler is a former naval aviator and carrier pilot, and has been engaged in the private practice of tax and estate law in Florida for over 45 years. A great deal of this experience comes from his former position as a Tax-Trial Attorney with the IRS Chief Counsel's Office in Washington, DC, and Jacksonville, Florida.
Ken focuses his practice on tax and estate-preservation planning, and tax litigation with the IRS.
